Chef Mona Mosly is a renowned chef and judge on Top Chef Middle East. Her wealth of experience in creating simple yet astounding dishes from fresh, seasonal ingredients aligns perfectly with the philosophy of LPM.
Between Chef Mona and LPM, there is a shared belief that food should be at the heart of every gathering, bringing warmth, tradition, and gratitude to the table.

Chef Mona’s menu, prepared by our talented in-house chefs under the direction of LPM Executive Chef Celso Nazaré, will take you on a culinary and cultural journey.
As is customary, we begin iftar with the finest available dates. These delicacies are joined at the table by a Mezzeh platter and a delectable soup (a different one presented every 10 days).
The Mezzeh platter draws inspiration from the warmth and familiarity of Middle-Eastern comfort foods, but Mediterranean seafood and sunshine also bring a special lightness to the combination. The platter includes socca bread alongside fresh fruits and vegetables, feta cheese, quail eggs topped with caviar, and kibbeh.
Our exclusive collaboration with Chef Mona has inspired a special menu that brings French-Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours into dialogue. Two cultures meet at the iftar table in a poetic exchange of flavour, fragrance, colour and texture.
And so, continuing the theme of sharing, the main course is presented as a tasting menu so that you are fully able to explore this dialogue. Tantalising dishes include:
Dessert brings together two signature dishes: LPM’s vanilla cheesecake and Chef Mona’s date cake. Again, these are brought out to share, allowing you to finish the meal as you began, in a collective celebration of community and beautiful food.

For Ramadan 2026, the three-course iftar menu is priced at AED 260 per person at LPM Abu Dhabi, with a minimum of two guests.
To enhance your experience and for an additional charge, a selection of alcohol-free aperitifs and mocktails can begin and end your meal. These include many of LPM’s signature drinks, such as the Tomati-No, the London Mule, and Fluffy Berry.
